I woke up early today and decided to go buy some ingredients to bake. I came across the Cheesecake Cupcakes with Crumble Topping recipe in the Baked Bree website. I'm not a fan of lemon zest or lemon juice in my desserts so I skipped that part. The cupcakes are really sweet but I love the taste of raspberries with them since they are a bit sour. Had those ready by the time we finished lunch a drank them with a cup of min tea. They look better in person but I should use muffin liners next time (I forgot to buy those). All in all I'm so proud of myself for doing something productive today :D
